HEALTHY FALL SALAD

Hey guys! Today I decided  to share one of my favorite go-to salads for a quick, healthy meal. I've been super into fruit in my salads recently so instead of ordering them out, I have been making them at home a lot. I feel like I have perfected it now and with the seasonal pears and goat cheese this is for sure a new fall staple in our house. Happy Wednesday!!

INGREDIENTS 

- spring salad mix
- goat cheese, crumbled
- grapes, sliced in half 
- pear, chopped
- diced red onion 
- sliced almonds
- natural deli turkey

DRESSING

- 1/2 tbsp fig paste (or fig butter)
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- cracked black pepper
- garlic powder

Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl. In a small, separate bowl, heat the fig paste in the microwave for about 5 seconds. Add mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and pepper. Done! Now eat it.
