CHRISTMAS MOVIE PAJAMA PARTY

 I mentioned in a previous post (Spiced Rum Punch Recipe) that I threw a "Cousins Christmas Movie Pajama Party Extravaganza". I have a feeling that it was the "first annual" because it was so much fun! The plan was we were going to watch Elf and The Grinch (my favorite Christmas movies), and you HAD to wear pajamas. If not- well, you're just a cotton-headed ninny-muggins. I also asked everyone to bring some sort of dessert or snack. Since we had the party the day after Thanksgiving, this worked out perfectly with all the sweet leftovers. Since most of my cousins are over 21, but some are still in middle school, and 2 of us have toddlers and kids, I knew we needed a wide range of beverages for this group haha. I had hot cocoa for the kiddos and my cousin Grace brought the adult add-ins- Kahlua and peppermint schnapps (thanks again, G!). And of course I had my spiced rum punch as well. Anyway, it was so much fun- even though it was super hard to pull all the guys away from darts. I'm so thankful to have such an awesome family where I can host a movie party with toddlers, 7 year olds, middle schoolers, 20 somethings, and 30 somethings, and we all have just as much fun (if not more) than if it were a party full of people our age! Shout-out to the fam! Love you guys!
